Empowerment Workshops in Manhattan: Career Breaks and Networking

Take charge of your future! Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee as you explore your return to work journey. The two-hour session will cover the following workshops:

  Career Break 101: Whether your work and life priorities have changed, you are thinking of a career change altogether or you are feeling really lost and don’t know where to start, we can help the process be less daunting. This session will provide guidance on what to prepare for and what to look for when going back to work after your career break. You’ll feel more confident and can build your network of like-minded women looking to reengage with the working world.

  Networking 101: This session will turn you into a pro networker! Networking is an art and you will feel energized as you take part in ice breakers and exercises to gently take you out of your comfort zone. During this session, you will receive tips and techniques of how to socialize successfully, build your network of contacts and feel at ease talking to strangers.
