- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Someone who has experience with the full life cycle of recruitment (2 or more years preferred) and can work independently
- Experience with CEIPAL: TalentHire is a plus but other Applicant Tracking System experience welcomed
- Someone who would have a good sales pitch and can leave a good impression of the company to candidates
- Someone with a can-do attitude who is organized and can thrive in a fast paced environment
- Able to distinguish high potential candidates from low ones
- Recruitment experience with developers a plus
- Risk & Regulatory Banking experience a plus
- Able to perform other duties as required
Must be located in or near New York City and able to commute as working remotely full time is not an option for this position.
Salary range: $50 -$100k depending on experience
