A wealth management firm with four different areas of practice: wealth advisory, strategic advisory, private equity, and alternative equity. It has a culture that values transparency, ownership of projects, and teamwork.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Someone who has experience with answering phones with a positive customer service attitude
  • Experience scheduling calendars and sending packages
  • Someone with a can-do attitude who is organized and can thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Able to thrive in a pure administrative role
  • Able to perform other duties as required

Must be located in or near New York City and able to commute as working remotely is not an option for this position. This position is full time and cannot be an umaship.

Salary range: $60 – $75k depending on experience
